You’ll still freeze your tail off Flip! Biggest thing is it keeps the spray off us when we’re traversing big wind and waves. I don’t mind taking some heavy spray to the face in the summer but it’s not a lot of fun getting soaked on your way to your fishing hole November-March. It’s alot less intimidating to cross big water on windy days if you know your gonna be dry when you get to the other side. It also keeps us dry when it’s raining hard and I’m moving fast.

The jury is still out on the Big Cat Fever rods Matt. So far so good. They are medium action, soft tipped and were designed for pulling planer boards. I’ve got an open post on those rods that I’m waiting to finish after I put em to the test. I’ve caught tons of eaters on em but the real test will be Twok and Texoma. I have trips to both planned mid and late November so I will let ya know after I hang a couple of hundred pounds of fish on em. I want to feel the difference between my Whisker Seekers and the BCF when I got a Blue Submarine hooked up...
