Were you trying to crucify us or are you wanting to be crucified; because your spelling and lack of punctuation is horrible.

If you want some real fun (tired head), investigate the evolving opinions of the species within the genus Micropterus (black bass) especially when it comes to varieties/subspecies of Micropterus punctulatus (spotted bass) in the southeast. You'll learn quickly, as have I, just how little you really care about minor differences between fish.

Surely you realize how funny it is that you're on here attempting to correct others incorrectly?

Ocean sunfish on light line is more sporting.

A good rule of angling philosophy is not to interfere with another fisherman's ways of being happy, unless you want to be hated.

Bass and Crappies Are Actually Sunfish
Black bass belong to the genus Micropterus. They have more elongated bodies than other centrarchids and include the largest and most famous family member, the largemouth bass, as well as smallmouth bass, spotted bass, and several other species.

Fishing is nothing more than a time filler between duck seasons.
