I have a week off starting next Monday and I wanna go someplace where I can do some camping and fishing during the week before I head to the Llano area to hunt for the weekend. Anyone fish the state park area this time of year? Not particular about the species but I would prefer to bass fish. Also open to other parks that may be in the area if anyone has any other suggestions. Thanks!

If your launching a boat, call to check on the ramp. If the lake is down, it will be out of the water. Love the park, the scenery off the water up or down stream is great.

Can someone explain how the Feds count recreational Red Snapper catch?
