St. Charles Bay in Rockport has been steady at the mouths of creeks along the shoreline. Ship Channel "ponds" are holding fish too.

San Luis Pass Mon-Thur. One of the slowest trips we have had in several years. No Bulls and only a few slots. No Flounder at all. 1 Trout. Lots of Gaffies. Some whiting and quite a few sand trout. Small sharks were plentiful. Bait was hard to catch because tides were inconstant. Water was dirty on incoming and pretty on outgoing. 5-7 guys fishing all day for 4 days. Still beats a good day at work. Nice break.
