How Do Rios Taste Compared to Other Fish?

I have never eaten a Rio. How is their table quality compared to other fish?

I personally do not eat Rios. I prefer crappie, Bluegill, and White Bass! I do have several friends of mine who do eat Rios and they love them. The fry them, bake em, and even put them on the grill. They also tell me that Rios are easy to fillet.

Never ate a Rio and like Chuck I also have a couple of friends who eat them. The say that Rios are good table fare. They fry them and grill them.

Never are one. I looked them up on the TPW web site which stated that they are good table fare.
