I`ve recently noticed that my MotorGuide Xi5 trolling motor cuts off during operation. One minute all the indicator lights are on and i`m trolling and then i`ll look again and all the lights are off and i`m not trolling.I unplug it and plug it back in and all the indicators will iluminate only to have the unit shut off once again shortly after I get underway.The batteries are always charged so it can`t be a battery situation.Has anyone else out there had this experience.  : & if so how did you fix it? Yes I had a similar problem, sounds like you have a loose connection. Most likely, it is at the plug, or the circuit breaker. Let me know what you find.

I wil certainly do just that Captain but since it was still under warranty I just took it to a authorized tech to solve it. I can`t remember your name but didn`t you have a slip @ Pier 121("The Office")
