She never really cried until the docs told her her seasons was done and she wouldn’t be able to compete at state. Well 4 months later she competed at state and finished 10th on her backup horse. Kid has grit and heart

There's something about those grey barrel horses. They are fast and nimble

Here is one from a few yrs ago. One of her many gracious goat tying dismounts. She popped up and finished her run. Dads glad we don’t do this event any longer. ( disclaimer horse did not step on her just looks that way)

Update... I asked Riley this evening why did she name him Gator. She said “. Dad you always say don’t be afraid to swim with the sharks go be the biggest shark, Well You don’t swim with gators either and Gator just fits him better”
