Nocturnal Assault who I use, but he’s also a commercial guy. His boat may look beat up, he might be mashing wires together to start it, he may look rough. However, he will safely get you on fish and back to the dock. He also said he may upgrade the boat if New flounder regulations didn’t kill him, which they didn’t.
