I get stuff like that from time to time. Usually just put some medicated cream on it and it would go away. Or you could go to a dermatologist and they will biopsy it and charge the hell out of you.

Eczema maybe or fungus infection. Athlete’s foot OTC Meds (2 types, try both) will kill the fungus.

Psoriasis would be my second guess... ^^^^^^^^^^ Psoriasis usually shows up on your elbows, knees or scalp first. Doesn't really look like psoriasis to me.

Yes, but I have clients that have spots like that and that's what their dermatologists have told them it is...but it also looks like ringworm....

Looks like skin cancer to me. Mine was very similar but outside my forearm.
