Was keeping an eye on the Tropics Forecast and sure enough there is a nice tropical depression forming that is going to move into the Gulf of Mexico. The problem is the forecast is saying that the storm that should from into a Cat 2 hurricane is going to hit the Louisiana Coast sometime Friday. Was hoping that the storm would hit in an area where south central Texas would get about 4 inches of rain. Hopefully some future fronts will bring on some RAIN!  (double rain dance). WE NEED IT!

i saw that depression last week forming in the Tropics. It looked promising back then. Saw an updated forecast and we will not be getting any RAIN from this storm!

Yep it's very dry right now in south central Texas. :Would love to see about 10" from now till the end of the year.

Would love to get 4" of RAIN this month. Then another 4" in November!
