Bassman 78 and myself went to lake Arlington yesterday after work.
The first thing we did was pull a couple to the boat ramp.They had engine trouble.

We found a place to fish and I caught about 13 on Stubby's..9 were keepers. Bassman 78 caught 1 crappie that happened to be swimming by.
He couldn't catch a catfish at all. I was in the magic spot I reckon.

I was fishing that stubbys with no weight . I was just kinda jigging it near the bottom

It works if there is fish there. I was catching them in the front of the boat. Poor ol Earl couldn't catch one at all in the back.I offered to trade places an d he wouldn't do it.

It's probably because your stubby balls were smellier. Just my $0.02. Also, 1 golden, heavenly crappie = 10 ugly channel cats. So there's that. Unless we're starving.

I would say I need to starve a lot little BEFORE I could ever even get on Naked and Afraid. Otherwise, the afraid part would become much more real for the viewing audience
