Club tournament coming up in a few weeks... Never been before. Anyone have tips for running the lake? Gonna be putting in at the dam.

Hubbard Creek is an easy lake to run. Obvious stuff: some points that stick out a ways, timber on some points and up in some coves, a few shallow humps between the islands and the 180 bridge...... Nothing that’s not on GPS mapping if you have it but even without it’s an easy “common sense” lake to navigate. What you do have to look out for is thick grass in some areas(a good problem👍). Good luck!

Hope the wind is right! We used that ramp last October and it was tough. Tons of grass😀

Funny, I heard someone approached another fisherman and a friend out there yesterday asking them to move off of a spot because he had a tournament this weekend. Then he asked who told him about the spot.
The nerve of some of these idiots.....
