I quit buying over priced salsa in a jar. It's good by itself or I can add whatever I feel like, jalapenos, garlic, onions, lime, etc. You cant beat $0.99 / can and sometimes on sale 2 for $1.00 ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2020/10/full-6737-68400-a.jpeg)

I buy a lot of Salsa. I usually have multiple jars open at any given time. At least one red, on green. Yep on the chips. Mateos, Herdez fire roasted, and Hell on the Red, in that order.

I think that Hell on the red is some pretty good stuff, sometimes i will buy the diced jalopenas and add them to the jar for some more heat.

Mateos Hatch Green Chili Salsa is the GOAT hands down. Anyone who says differently hates Jesus and loves communism. That is my current favorite. That and some Julio's chips are where it's at. I'm have a cheat weekend after dropping 25lbs on keto. Chips and salsa are happening this weekend.
