I’m fishing the sealy on Rayburn next week. I have never fished an hourly weigh in tournament before. I have also never fished with 2K+ boats before. What should I expect on the water and at the ramps? Is it going to be a cluster everywhere all 3 days?

It will be a cluster for sure with the COVID-19 restrictions but not near as bad as the Spring ones when there are 4-6K fishermen fishing it. bolt

I’ll fish this weekend.. they can have it next weekend. Then my fishing will really get started! Lol soon all the part time fishermen will be in the woods and the lake will be pretty quiet. I’m ready!

I don't think this one will be a bad. What are the #'s?

Use to hate the Sealy big bass splash, always avoiding that weekend....Its a cluster. Now I love it since I own rental property.

You need to expect an hour wait (at least) at public boat ramps and at least 20+ boats on each point across the entire lake. Go find some grass and you will find fish - You will be fishing used water within 30 minutes of each tournament day's start, so, no need for a lot of running around. Get in a decent area and stay there!!

It's kind of like watching a presidential debate, if you are into those things.

Launch at 3 am. Go near your spot and chill, eat breakfast or do whatever. Just dont fish till its time

When I am not fishing I am thinking about fishing. And mostly what I should have done differently my last trip!

Remember 2 different championships on Rayburn this weekend...

It'll be a while before it's calm. Tons of events on Rayburn this month. Hopefully in November it'll get a break.

It’s really the craziness at the ramps I avoid.. lol Though this has been a really busy year all in all!
