Headed to get my boat from the Skeeter plant in Kilgore, TX this coming Monday. Was thinking about stopping back by Houston County Lake to do a few hours of afternoon fishing. I have never fished this lake and was looking for some pointers. I know there is a ton of stumps and plan on moving slow. Any help appreciated!

Be careful. That lake has some very hard stumps just below the water surface in some areas you might not expect to find them.

Dang breaking a new boat in right. Bumping stumps immediately. Frog, jerkbait and chatterbait always catch um
I can backlash toilet paper.
