After being busy with work and crappie fishing I finally got to spend a little time checking out how the catfish were doing. Friday I got to spot lock and do some suspend fishing as their was very little wind. I fished the dam area and south of the 287 bridge in depths from 30 to 55 feet with live perch and cut gizzard shad. Saturday fished the west arm from 15 to 30 feet until noon drifting fresh gizzard shad. Wind was up and at times had to put out both 60" drift anchors. Done a lot of running and checking a bunch of places but all and all a nice day and a half!
