A+ post ^^^^^^

It is beyond out of hand.

I am personally wearing a mask where it is required, but I think they are complete bulsh and this whole thing is complete worldwide nonsense.

China accomplished what they set out to do.

Exactly. Issue a citation with a summons, and let her argue with a judge. She might win, or she might lose.

If it were a seatbelt, that's what would happen. And folks like me wear a seatbelt as safety equipment to protect ourselves, not because there's a law that says we have to.

Please refer to the Breonna Taylor thread. If you’re suspected of doing something illegal, then you deserve however the police decide to handle it.

No wearing a seatbelt doesn't have the potential to put anyone else at risk.

There's a law, she didn't follow the law, she resisted, she got tased. We've talked about this a hundred time in a hundred different threads. Don't break the law and you wont' have a problem.

The law was put in place by duly elected officials. If you don't like the law you have two choices. 1. Work to have the law changed. 2. Resist and suffer the consequences.

I'm fine with tasing her so long as rioters are shot dead in the streets. First match that gets lit, first brick gets thrown pile them up like a cord of wood.

That's the difference - seatbelt laws are LAWS, passed by legislative bodies, and put into effect by the state executives (governors).

Mask mandates are not laws. They're an unconstitutional overreach of executive authority, being successfully challenged in state after state.

On another note in Texas, the mandate states that children under 10 do not need to wear a mask. Why is it that all elementary school children are required to wear a mask? Even when outside they are required.

Black cop white lady......

She’s outdoors and more than 6’ apart from other patrons. Did I also hear her say she was a pregnant woman?

Perfect. Challenge them. That's the way the process is supposed to work.
