How many of y'alls professions have a failure rate 1 tens of thousands of a percentage point?? If the only measure of failure is someone dying, then I would guess the vast majority blow that away. Hell, my career has been perfect if thatโs the only way to measure a mistake.

Maybe itโs just me, but Iโve never had a no knock warrant served at my place, nor have I had to worry about it happening-

There wouldn't be any reason to flush anything at my house. If they did a no knock entry I would [censored] my pants and spill my drink.

2. She was not a current EMT. She had been terminated from that position in 2017.
3. The police DID knock and ID who they were.
4. Her current boyfriend fired fired first.
5. She was still in the drug business with her ex boyfriend.
What have I got wrong?

Why wasn't the boyfriend charged? He shot at the police which resulted in cops returning fire subsequently killing the girl.

Why wasn't the boyfriend charged? He shot at the police which resulted in cops returning fire subsequently killing the girl. he was initially. they dropped the charges.

What have I got wrong? Yep those seem to be the facts AFAIK. It's truly sad, but Ms. Taylor got involved with dangerous people and situations. I'm not saying she deserved to die, nor am I saying that the police couldn't have found a better way to execute this warrant, but when you play around with fire, you put yourself in a good position to get burned.
