We are thinking about running down from Ft. Worth this weekend. I have not fished from my boat on CC before.

What launch do you recommend coming from my side of town?

The public launch on the Gun Barrel-Seven Points bridge. Exit 175 at Kemp, go to Seven Points and turn left on Hwy 334. The launch is on the right nearer Gun Barrel than Seven Points.

Where Dennis C said above , or go past that ramp a little farther east just across the bridge to the old big chief ramp on the right. it is a little steep, but a good ramp. Its public as well.
