How about you let me know who you are and I will look into your file. We are not perfect but we do work each deal. Closed loans are the only way we get paid so no reason not to try our best. We are not a bank so we don't approve or decline, banks do that work.

Covid..for whatever reason, had all the lender's pulling back on Refi's. My rule of thumb has always been, if you can't save 1.5% + on a boat anyway, it isn't worth it.

A new one might give you several benefits...Warranty, updated rates...New boat smell...LOL
