I have only been on Rayburn a couple of times. I am fishing the Sealy event in October. Is it worth buying the running lanes chip/download?

There is no difference in download vs. chip version that I know of in regards to quality.

No, that's the only one that I am aware of. And hopefully it gets some water out of this system and can retain it. It is 3.44' low and on a slow fall. It gets sketchy around that 4' low mark in my experience. A lot of timber right at, or just below the surface.

Check out the Ken Smith videos. He has a lot of info on running the lake for a first timer.

You can usually buy Lance Vick's Boat Lanes chip at any of the tackle stores surrounding Big Sam. cheers

I say usually because with all the Noobs coming in for the tourney they might very well sell out. bolt

Yes, you can download it immediately and then you can copy it to your own memory card. If you are using a Humminbird, you need to copy the file to a card that is 32gb or smaller.

the website is actually boatlanes.com NOT boatlane.com

This and south of 147 the navonics will get you there if you know how to look at it. Beyond that you probably need boat lanes.
