Just sharing about the great service that I received from Chuck and Don at Texas Trolling Motors this morning. The motor on my Ultrex would not engage when I depressed the button on top of the foot petal. (and yes, I had already checked and the magnet button was not the probIem) I had called the guys on the west side of Fort Worth and it was going to be 3 weeks before they could even take a look at it. A buddy of mine told me about Chuck on Friday so I gave him a call and he said to bring it on over. I drove 2.5 hours from Cleburne to their shop in Alba next to Lake Fork and they fixed it while I waited...and that was only about 30 minutes. The control board had gone bad and they had one in stock. Super nice guys too! I definitely recommend these guys if you are in need of TM service.

Amen , What a great Company and Service Center. They have done 2 repairs for me on my Ultrex and each time was done quickly and all I had to do was call him and let him know when I would be there. It is hard to find that kind of service anywhere.
