Just grilled burgers today using Venison breakfast sausage. Awesome, and a lot better for you than beef.

In the state of Texas - Alamo Springs Café. Hard to find, out in the middle of nowhere a few miles south of Fredericksburg.
Around the Metromess -- Dutch's in FW across from TCU has been at the top of my list for years.

Thriftway Gas Station in Graham Tx. By far the best flattop burger I have had. Get one every time in town. Gotta call it in. To go only but killer.

Went to a new spot in the TCU area of FW called the Berry Street Icehouse. The burger was outstanding and the crispy waffle fries were the best I've ever had. Charlies Old Fashioned burgers on Granburry road in FW is worth a mention. Also Clown burger in FW.
