As of 1 PM NHC says Aircraft saw redevelopement further west. Movement has increased to 5 mph.

Left a rental house late last night next to San Luis Pass. Water in subdivision was a foot over the road out and rising when we left.

Weird the way its acting. If it turns itself around now it could head for somewhere in the Gulf anywhere east of Houston and increase in strength all along the way.
