Just sharing in case this can help someone. Coming back from lake today, noticed right brake/signal and right reverse lights were not working. Right running lights and side lights were working fine.
Trouble shooting for a while looking at voltage, ground continuity, bulbs/fixtures, etc. yielded nothing. The only clue was the voltage was a little lower on the turn/brake hot wire than the running light hot wire. Traced the issue to the 7 pin round to 5 pin flat adapter. The 7 pin that goes into the truck usually gets a little dirty. But, the issue was with the 5 flat female receptacle. A little cleaning and it is working great again.

Guess I will add that to my maintenance schedule.

Good tip.
Thanks for sharing what you found.
I almost always go straight to the ground without even checking.
