Great job. That is a great eating size drum. Very under rated table fare. How do you prepair them?

Fix them just like any other fish. They fillet up just like a crappie or god forbid a succulent baby bass. Nice white flesh, that is not bony. I dress mine up easy like with just a corn meal coating.
