OP Lmgreeri Angler L Joined: Jan 2014 Posts: 439 Portland, TX	Took the Hobie out for a quick run out to the end of the Port Aransas South Jetty Sunday 9/13. Was hoping for reds, tarpon and kingfish but never found any of the 3. Surf side was nice but anything past the end and into the channel was certain death...very rough and whitecapping. Managed a bunch of HUGE skipjacks and some Spanish Macks which I kept a couple of for dinner.

The water got rougher each day, until we left yesterday evening- Looks like you still got into some nice fish! What has happed to you does not define who you are- HOW you react to what happens to you DOES!
