Struggled today could only come up with 48, and it took all day. Minnows worked best, did catch a 15.5” fish today, found some more of my old trees and found some new ones as well!

Did the bite seem to get better or worse later in the day? I took a buddy from 7:30-9:30 yesterday morning and ended up with 13 keepers. We were catching them 3:1 on jigs vs minnows- first time I've seen jigs out fish minnows.

It was just kind of slow, we have normally been catching 50 by 1:00 pm, it took till 3:15 yesterday, we caught probably 15 on jigs.

I caught a bunch of dinks on RayBob yesterday, just to prove there are still dinks in there. Y’all probably didn’t believe it looking at his pics.

I believe you Davedave, cause that's what I caught on Saturday, about 2:1 Dinks:Keeper. All on minnows. My 2nd fish of the day though...and I thought here we go, measured 15 3/4 and 2.1 lbs. No picture...I know...boooo. How can I post pictures here of the 8 or 9 keepers I catch when Dave keeps limiting out? Embarrassing.... . I'm putting a clicker on my wish list. Maybe that's what's missing from my boat.

Thanks to my buddy David for taking the time to help Floyd out yesterday. We had a great time , you sure as heck broke in that new crappie rod on that 15 1/2 crappie. Look forward to catching more.
