Made a quick trip with buddy Jeff at one of our local spots. We located crappie in 16 feet of water on a hump and stayed on em for about an hour. We then picked up some nice Bluegill/Sunfish by docks in 12 feet of water. Jigs Chartreuse/Black got the best results. We fished for about three hours and caught about 20 fish total. Dinner! Side Note: How has the crappie bite been this year? The crappie bite as been good all year. Been getting good numbers on most of our trips out. Can't wait till the winter bite!
