I'm looking at a low hour boat with a 2012 SHO 250. I understand they had a power head recall due to a faulty thrust bearing on the early models. Did the recall include 2012 models or did they have the problem resolved by then?

Best bet is to get the motor serial number, call a local Yamaha dealer service department and they can run the S/N to check if motor was affected and if any warranty work performed to correct it.
