For the rest of September and into October fishing might be better for you if you targeted the catfish.
Sandbass and hybrid fishing this time of the year is always off somewhat.
However Mid October to mid December can be some really good fishing for everyone.
September the 9th in the morning actually I will have my right shoulder surgically repaired. Hopefully I will back Busting waves by late February or March.
So good luck and be careful on the Big lake!
