Picked up a bottle at my local Walmart for $0.90. They’re dumping most of their fishing gear and I got a ton of Strike King cranks for $1.50, hooks, jig heads, line, and even a couple of backup reels and rods for giveaway prices. But the scent has me curious. Anybody use this stuff on jigs or plastics and noticed any difference? I also got some Yum shad sent for $0.85 so I plan on experimenting with both when the weather cools and the holiday weekend is over. But anybody have any experience with the Bass Dynasty stuff?

Most scents produced will have the Creel Oil base. Therefore it has very little extract from the Shad or Crayfish in the formula. Just enough to give it the name of Shad or Crayfish. I have tested most of the scents in Mexico where we have a captive audience of 100 Bass per day. We see no difference in these kinds of scent as far as catch ratio. The good thing about any type of scent is it mask the Human odor and that is the most important aspect.

When using Pure Extracts from the Shad or Crayfish you will see that catch ratio improve. On any given day of fishing the average is 70 Bass per day. When the plastics are dosed with Pure Extracts this increases to 100 Bass per day. The Pure Extract is preserved with a Sea Salt solution for longevity. Of course Pure Extracts are much more expensive to produce at $300 a gallon.

Yeah. I was just curious if anyone had experience with this product. Evidentially not. Maybe I’ll try it on some toast for breakfast.
