finally using all the pork up. had a couple pie crusts in fridge, so i mixed the rice, beans and pork evenly and made meat muffins. not too bad. dang pig rump went a long way. ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2020/09/full-75845-65590-meat_muffin_2.jpg)

You're killin' us with that. Any respectable gas station with a 5 star menu has them in Georgia or Alabama as "hoecake." That and a box of Chester fried chicken and we're good to go.
