6th Sense was out of stock on several crankbaits I wanted, so I searched the web for the baits and found them, and a few other items, on Protacklesolutions.com. Went to place the order, but the system was charging shipping. Order was over $29.00 and site says free shipping on orders over $29.00. I sent a message and just asked if they could give me a code or refund the shipping on the order. Went ahead and placed the order. today I receive an e mail stating they will refund the shipping and order has shipped. I then get a message they've refunded $15.98. Shipping was only $5.98. I reviewed the order and now the two baits I specifically wanted are out of stock. I e- mailed to ask about the two baits that are now magically out of stock. "Michael" said he would refund some of the shipping since they are shipping some of the order. What about refunding all of the shipping as was confirmed? I told them to cancel the order. He said, "unfortunately the order has been dispatched" and I would have to return the order once received. An order that doesn't even have the baits I want. Told him to refund the full amount, that I would dispute the charges anyway, and that I didn't want the ones they were able to send and that for a first order, this is poor customer service.

I'm sure Pro Tackle Solutions has made someone happy. But, my caveat is to not order from them. I have never had any issues with tackle warehouse, BPS, Cabela's, 6th Sense, Skeeter, etc. But, this is ridiculous for a lousy $33.00 order. Just wanted to warn you how they appear to do business. Needless to say, but I'll say it, won't order from them ever again.

I've had zero problems with them and I've ordered a hell of a lot more than $29.00.
