 Lake Tawakoni Blue Cat Schedule for Bank Fishing???

I am wanting to try bank fishing for blue cats on Lake Tawakoni soon and have a few questions about it? First when do the blues start moving in closer to the bank? What are some good baits for the blue cats. Do I need to fish on bottom or with a slip cork? Places to have the best luck? Sky Point, 2 mile bridge? Thanks for your help.
