Looking to get a couple of these reels. There was a thread on best $100 bait caster and this was mentioned often. Can’t find that thread but a few folks mentioned a website that had these reels......and others....at a nice price. Can’t remember the site. Does anyone know the site that was mentioned?

You can go to any sporting goods store in the area and they’ll have the SLX for $99. Or Academy.com, Tacklewarehouse.com and a number of other websites. Good reel for the money.
If you can't find em wind em.

I gave $85 for mine from an ebay store. But I'm not seeing them that price now. Everything I see is a higher model SLX XT, and I couldn't tell you what the difference is.

Been looking myself! Not many out there... Picked up one at Academy yesterday... Couldn't find one anywhere else... Amazon is suppose to have some in a couple days.. Thru Shimano!
