Has anyone installed aftermarket locking compartment latches on a Skeeter? It is the T or anchor shaped latch that you pull up and twist open. The one on my rod box does not lock anymore. I have tried to get Nautical Mile Marine (where I purchased the boat) to order me a factory replacement no less than 7 times, but I guess it's way to much trouble. Just curious if there is an aftermarket product out there that has a good fit? The little locking mechanism is not worth much to begin with, but it makes me feel a little better leaving it in a parking lot while I go into eat or run in a store.

This. I order replacement latches for mine all the time. (Don’t ask why). Just look at the key number on the latch and order the same number.

Hopefully they didn't change it from one set to another! I have the same key number but a different key for one box that was replaced under warranty. I never pressed the issue and asked for a full set of matching because I seldom lock anyway (for now). However, now that I may not be storing my boat in an enclosed storage, I am going to have to change some of my processes! It will be at home, just maybe not locked away. All that depends on whether I can find a house and keep it!
