Really enjoy the videos Ken. Looking forward to the Ranger review as well as Skeeter and Phoenix. It would be great if you also included Nitro and Triton because of the number of those boats on the water. Who knows, maybe some more 10'lbers too !

I think it was spot on. There is not enough new amenities or design changes from a 09 Champion.
Same crappy trailer, same seats although you can get them heated. Poor lighting, no tackle storage innovation, and a shoddy ice chest. Yet they are priced with a Ranger or Cat.
No question, the hull is great and Ken points this out. But there is NOT enough difference to make me spend that kind of money for a boat that is basically a 09 Champion.

This boat is literally the same Champion just with a Charger name. Other than the ride there is nothing good about a Champion in my opinion. And ive had 3 over the last 20 years. Still have one that was bought new in 2006.
I can backlash toilet paper.

Charger added nothing except those 2 junky plastic boxes, guys on BBC blasted me for my comment and I own a Champion. I was originally interested in a new 198 until I was quoted $60k for a bare bones model. I’d rather have a BassCat or Phoenix for that kind of money.

I am on my third Champion. So it comes from experience and knowing the brand.
