Only once and that was back when I was in high school (early 70's). I was supposed to pickup my girlfriend from work after the store she worked at (Marshal Fields in Chicago area) closed. She was late coming out so I went to the front door to knock and see what was going on. Next thing I know a cop car pulled up fast and two cops got out of their car and one (I only saw one maybe the other one did too) cop pulled his gun told me to turn and face the building. The cop had the gun to the back of my head (I could feel the barrel) and was asking me why I was there. I told him to pickup my girlfriend. He did not believe me and pressed the gun harder into the back of my head. Right about then my girlfriend came out of the store and they let me go. No apology or nothing.

I got pulled over driving a new truck back in 2016, shortly after the 5 police officers were killed in downtown Dallas. It was at night and as the cop was walking up, I rolled down my window and was fishing out my wallet for my license. He beamed his flashlight at me and started shouting for me to stop and put both hands on my steering wheel.
So I did.
Then he walked me verbally through the steps of getting my license and insurance from the glove box.
Things got a little testy when I informed him about the pistol in my glove box. But he kept telling me what he wanted to see me do, and I did it. And we both got out of the incident alive.
From the time he approached my truck, he had his hand on the butt of his gun with the holster unstrapped. He never pulled it though. It was just a routine traffic stop - I had temp plates for the new truck displayed in the back window and he could not see them in the dark. I guess cops were on pretty high alert for a few weeks after that idiot shot up downtown.

Hi-Po LEO put a pistol in my ear once. I was reaching for my billfold as he was approaching my 1980 TA. scared the poo from me.

Put myself in a situation that a LEO would pull their service weapon.
You? I'd love to say "no", but it's happened twice. Long, long ago.

Had an X let the air out of my tires at a bar . Had to stop at the closest gas station to change one / air up the others . I was leaving when I was surrounded by 6 L'view PD with guns drawn . Seems like "somebody" had called and said I was robbing the station . You can still see my finger prints on the dashboard .

yes - literally ran up on one out in the middle of the country on a foggy night about 1:30 AM thinking it was my buddy who worked for him on his farm. By the time I could see him as I was running down his rural driveway in cowboy boots (so he heard me coming), I had 2 weapons pointed at my head.
Otherwise, no and don;t plan on it.

Never had a gun pointed at me. Did have one run-in with the cops when I was 16. Was watching my neighbor's house while they were out of town. We got a call from their alarm company that it had gone off. Since we lived out of town, I knew it would be a while til the county sherriff showed up, so the alarm company rep told me to go down the house and wait outside. When cops showed up a half hour later, they ordered me onto the ground and they questioned me quite a bit til they figured out that I hadn't broke into the place. We went inside together and never did figure out what set the alarm off. But I sure didn't run off or disobey a word they said when they showed up. We got along just fine.

Well Almost. I was doing some repair work at my daughter's, a school teacher, house, I was under the sink with a dust mak on, when there was a loud knock on the front door, Thinking it was someone selling something, I got up & went out the garage since the dogs were barking at the front door. As I opened the garage door & stepped out with mask still on, there stood 2 police officers, 1 male, 1 female, with hands on their side arms ready to draw. They asked if I knew xxx, I replied, "Yes, she is my daughter", "Where she she?; "At work" "Where does she work" "She teaches at xxx." About that time my daughter called, she had received a "Ring" notification. It seems that someway she had activated the automated 911 call on her Apple watch, the 911 operator call her, but felt that there was a lot of noise and she sounded stressed, My daughter told the officers that "Yes, it was noisy and she may have sounded stressed, she was in the middle of monitoring a middle school lunch period.
