I have a $100 Cabelas gift card and want to apply it towards a spinning rod for ned rigs. What would you pick up in $125 range?
I will pair it with a Shimano Sendona 2500 I have.

I use a Shimano Intenza 7โ ML spinning rod for my ned rig and itโs great. Super sensitive rod for the $130 price point. NTZSX70ML

Their line of Fish Eagle rods are really good and run around $70. I don't have one for Ned rigs specifically but the 6'6" Medium I do have handles shaky heads well. After looking quickly I think this one would work well-

Falcon BuCoo medium/moderate 7โ spinning. Thanks Steez, I have that rod on an a 3500 reel with 20# braid and 12# FC leader , so I was looking for a lighter power rod to throw smallest finesse baits. I ended up with a St Croix Mojo 6'8 med light. Their line of Fish Eagle rods are really good and run around $70. I don't have one for Ned rigs specifically but the 6'6" Medium I do have handles shaky heads well. After looking quickly I think this one would work well- Thanks Bassman....That is the rod that came with the Shimano Sedona 2500 combo. That rod was a casualty of a bad case of dumb azz and a rod locker lid.

I know you said Cabelas, but this rod at Academy is perfect for the traditional light ned rigs It will go on clearance for $30 every now and then

Wanted to use my Cabelas gift card. I have 2 St Croix Mojo bait casting rods and have been impressed with them for the price. I fished a stock tank yesterday with it using a 1/6 ned rig jighead and Z Man TRD and caught several decent size bass. It was a blast getting to play with those 2 lb ers on lighter gear.
