Before you get the 50 responses, i'll give you the short version of what it will amount to.... Mustang and "I don't trust any inflatable".. personally I have a couple of 100$ bass pro a/m 24s. You might do a search,, hundreds of opinions on this every few months.

I have 2 cabelas 35# a/m inflate.

a lot of it is personal preference and fit, I like mine and don't take it off while on the water.

This Was Posted by a Lake Fork Guide on August 20th.

I had something happen this morning that is still giving me chills. I was running to my starting area this morning and took a route I don’t normally take. I noticed off in the distance a boat that had the trolling motor down but I couldn’t really make out if anyone was in it. The boat was so far off I am not really sure why I chose to investigate but I did. I was weaving through a stump field and as we got a little closer I could see someone barely above water holding onto a stump. A man fishing alone had fallen out and his CO2 life vest failed to inflate. My customer threw him a life jacket and we got him in my boat with my ladder.
The whole situation had me pretty shaken up all morning. I don’t know why I ran the route I did or what made me investigate but I am so happy I did. The man gave me a call before my mo

My ski belt works just fine and a lot cheaper than the auto inflatable. Allows Full range of motion but the yellow gets so go with the white.

Onyx or Mustang. Both available at Academy. Go try them on, they fit differently. If it's not comfortable you won't wear it. I believe those Bass Pro models are just rebranded Onyx's.

I made the mistake of buying one with straps. So many times in cold weather with the rain jacket on, its very difficult to straighten the straps out and get your arms thru where they belong. I just bought a Mustang with a solid back that doesnt have all the straps to twist up. Costly but much easier to get on and off.
