No fortrex will go on ultrex mount but not vice versa Well damn thought I found a way to upgrade the tin boat without spending a fortune

I put my Ultrex on my Fortrex mount when I first got it a few years ago and it worked. Unless they changed them, it worked then

They are the exact same mounts BUT u will need the upgraded metal part where the troller mounts with the single bolt. Only difference is the Ultrex comes with 2 holes which allows it to set into for load bearing purposes. The fortrex doesn’t. U can actually modify it instead if I have time with a drill
