True!

Full disclosure - I'm 75 and wear sandals whenever possible. When the weather gets cold enough I switch to tennis shoes, but they are the lace-up type.

nannyboo

least you don't wear socks with those sandals

I say 65...the age when you can take full advantage of any and all senior citizen discounts, benefits, etc.

Looks like I'm still young for another 5+ years..... wink

A time tested "old" evaluation model.

When you start receiving AARP junk mail, you know your getting close to "old" status.

When you get the Red, White & Blue Medicare card your there.

Sometimes what didn't work out for you, did in fact, work out for you.

Haters going to hate and believers are going to believe.

Every man has two lives,The second one starts when he realizes that he has only one.

“Hard times create strong men, strong men create good times, good times create weak men, and weak men create hard times.”

There are some people who are old in their late 40's. (Nursing homes, Managed Care Facilties) There are others who are still young in their 80's. (Independent, physically active, working)

i turned 70 in January...with that, i deserve the right to have somebody else do the dumb stuff i used to do because i thought i could...now's the time to live smart and preserve the years that God has in the Book of Life for me

MERCY - not receiving what you deserve
GRACE - receiving what you don't deserve
America's MESS = God's miracle fixes
I'd rather walk with God with no questions answered than to walk thru life without Him and know the answers

80 this year and still lacing up my shoes to go fishing before daylight. If I could give advice to my younger self: Never take for granted orgasms or urination.

The last crazy thing I did was skydive and before that I road around Texas Motor Speedway at 175+ mph. I've done so much in my life I don't know what to do next. For excitement now at 65 I'll keep throwing my topwater baits, thats always a thrill. I might go get me some of those slip on Sketchers.

There is a drug that can make you never have that again. I have a couple of buddies who had bad gout episodes, and now with 1 pill a day, they haven't had it since.
