How hard it is it to recarpet a boat? Ive got a fish ski that was roughly quoted at $1200 to recarpet. I figure I will have $200-$300 in expense if I do it i myself. Is the $1000 for install worth it?

Recarpet is labor intensive and a PITA, especially hatches. I agree Safe Floor. When I bought my new to me boat a requirement was NO CARPET! Since I decided to keep my old boat also and it has carpet in it Safe Floor is in it's future....

Once you get away from carpet, you'll never ever want it in your boat again. ![[Linked Image]](https://i.ibb.co/pPP2Wx6/safe-floor-champ.jpg)
