I was looking at the points and had he fished and finished 55th or better at that Mississipi river FLW event he skipped for the Bassmaster event he would have won AOY and $100,000. I guess if he qualifies and wins the Classic that gamble will pay off but ouch!

At this rate he should have skipped the BASS and won the FLW angler of the year, I bet he will make the classic even if he were to miss one event. He's also in the FLW championship starting monday/tuesday too, I wonder if he is in group 1 or 2, going from bassmaster sunday to FLW title in Wisconsin monday might be tight.

If he wins St Clair this weekend I doubt he cares much about that FLW tourney. He made it clear where his allegiance is this year. I hope to see him fish the Classic.

He doesn't have an allegiance, and actually a FLW win pays more than a MLF or Bassmaster win, he will fish both if they aren't stupid and overlap schedules
