 No Power to switch panel - 2020 ZX250

2020 ZX250 - power switch will come on, but when any other switch is turned on all switches quit working. Seems like power switch will only come on after the current to the switch panel has "discharged". I have changed the power switch out and problem persists.... Any help would be greatly appreciated!
