Directions say to remove the bezel however after looking at it does not appear the bezels come off.

It looks like the back of the garmin is all one piece

Anyone already done this install themselves ?

Keep us posted. A visor on my Garmin would be great. It is hard to see when the sun is shining on it.

Here’s two options. I don’t remember how I did it.

Gently pry up the bezel with a small screwdriver....very gently.

Use the non-business end of a drill bit and push it through the mounting holes to pop the bezel loose.

Problem on this unit is the whole face comes off. That is what all the factory screws are threaded into.

If I open it just enough to get the berley bolt in , then there is a small gap and the factory fasteners will not allow for a water tight seal.

Don’t know if this is an older discontinued model and the berley came later? I guess I will try mariner sails tomorrow and see if they have any ideas.

Thanks [Linked Image]
