Years ago, I used the Lake Fork Live magic shad and bought Orange dip in dye. Worked well. I guess any plastic swim bait that was white would work and the dye.

Ebay has tons. I bought a bluegill one and it looks pretty good but the hooks that came on it had to be changed.
