I have only night fished grapevine once. I didn't have much luck but almost ran into 2 different sailboats in the dark that I didn't see until the last minute. Grapevine should be good soon when the water starts to cool down and more fish come up shallower to all the docks.

Never fished the Vine at night but me and a buddy have had a few good, clutch nights on Lew!!!

The Vine is always good to me at night. The dam especially. In fact, there's a Veritas/Revo SX combo at the bottom about 15 ' from the rocks thanks to a big ol fatty that knocked it overboard upon landing...
the big ol' fatty being me. It was a good fish though...

I grew up fishing Grapevine. Night fishing was always good.

I have fished both, defiantly go to Grapevine right now, Lewisville is very stingy this year.

Lew would be my choice. The night fishing has been amazing this year. Starting mid June i'd rather fish Lew at night rather than day. The dam is good for numbers, but brush piles and other rocks are great at night. Typical night on lew is 20+ fish with several over 5lbs.
