I don't often come to this lake since I'm 15 miles from Sam Rayburn but there are some nice fish here and they were in the same spot as I caught them in mid June. All fish on the longer crappie slider.

Great stuff!!! That water actually looks tea stained and not muddy. Plenty good enough to catch them on the fly rod. An extremely fishy looking place.

Any big Warmouth this trip?

No, the pine tree tops that were down in the water holding those warmouth had degraded some and were not holding big rafts of hyacinth that they were hiding under. Fish seem to locate in in tight concentrations close to the bank and you dont pick up scattered fish. Yes stained but clear would be a good enough term. My son used a yellow brown tail and I used a sparkle blue. They liked both.
